Land ownership should not feel like a gamble. Yet for many people, especially first-time buyers and young investors, buying land or property has become one of the most confusing and risky decisions of their lives. LandPaddy was created to change that.
Founded in 2025 by Ezirim Ifeanyichukwu and Augustus Inyang, LandPaddy was built by professionals who have worked inside the real estate system and saw its failures up close. As surveyors, a data scientist, and a realtor, we witnessed how irregular practices and lack of proper guidance locked everyday people out of legitimate property ownership. We knew there had to be a safer, clearer, and more human way to buy and sell property.
